ICT - developing the vision
Achieving transformational change requires investment in the whole school community to manage and support the change process. We recognise the importance of shared vision for ICT that is owned and understood by all stakeholders, and see the development of this as a fundamental part of our role.
Every individual school has specific needs both in terms of e-confidence, strategic planning, individual skill competencies and current resources. We believe that any effective consultancy must begin with a clear process of contextual research and stakeholder engagement to understand the aspirations and objectives of the project, while providing advice on feasibility and affordability.
As part of this process we would work with you to:
- facilitate workshops with learners, staff and parents across groups of schools to fully engage them in the process of change
- manage expectations through our detailed knowledge of technical feasibility and current market costs
- develop the vision into an outline business case if required
- provide a detailed Functional Specification and ICT strategy to deliver the vision, that recognises and addresses financial, operational and qualitative constraints.
