• setting up financial systems and ledgers to manage payroll, assets, annual budget, and financial reporting obligations: appointing external auditors and responsible officers
• appointing a governing body with an appropriate range of skills and experience, and defining school policies.
• developing a clear visual identity for the school, encompassing branding, key messages, uniform, materials, signage and displays
• developing and implementing marketing and communications plans across a range of media, including new media
