Permanent recruitment

Bespoke recruitment campaigns to support Local Authorities select senior managers

Our permanent recruitment service supports Local Authorities throughout the entire recruitment and selection process. Local Authorities are able to draw on our experience, expertise and extensive resources, in order to make the right appointment.

Drawing on our expertise we are able to design a recruitment campaign that includes:

  • compiling a job description and person specification;
  • designing all marketing materials;
  • advertising;
  • sifting applications, administratively supporting the whole process;
  • shortlisting alongside officers;
  • designing an appropriate interview programme that includes professional support from a Cambridge Education adviser.
