Greenwich 14-19

This project focuses on 14-19 learning and the strategy and structures to support it.

The commission involved revising the Strategy to take account of the changing national and local agenda and the production of a succinct and accessible document relevant to young people and stakeholders. The structure and governance arrangements for the Partnership itself has been revised to enhance its position in local decision making and to prepare for the transfer of the commissioning role from the LSC. A staffing structure to support the new partnership has also been devised. In addition, Cambridge Education has used local data in its own software modelling tool to make capacity projections for the specialist accommodation likely to be required to allow the more varied curriculum offer for 14-19 year olds to be delivered locally. These are informing planning for BSF.
