Ojekoo Kpone Saduase , Ghana Our partnership with a community in Ghana , where together with the community we are building a training school, with a small residential area where any Mott MacDonald member of staff with their family (children/ grandchildren/grandparents) will be able to go and stay . The only condition of staying there will be that you must go with a willingness to learn and NOT a ‘I’ll-tell -them -how -to –do- it -attitude’. You will pay the community for the water and electricity you use and any other expenses. You will provide your own food and arrange your own flights etc.
Our future plans with the community include a fish farm. 2. Global School Partnerships Working with schools to provide global learning. We are one of the consortium members with British Council, VSO and UK One World Linking Association that manages the Global School Partnerships programme, funded by Ukaid from the Department for International Development Accreditation for global links: UK Teachers Southern partnership teachers 3. UN Academic Impact: Working with higher educational institutions around the world in support of the Millennium Development Goals 4. CEF News 5.
